$70 For First Fitness Assessment 70 minutes in duration.
The client will fill out a form and go over a health questionnaire.
Then measurements are made, and you are put through some muscle testing and basic exercises to see where your natural abilities are at.
All sessions after that are $50 for the hour.
One of the three pillars of my business is health coaching. Over the last few years. I’ve helped people lose weight get healthier, and make better choices about the food that they eat.
My philosophy is very simple. I don’t really believe in diet. My methods are more about choosing the right foods at the right time. Portion control, and rewards. Keeping track can be very useful as well. I think it’s essential that we still enjoy eating our meals but we modify and be aware of major culprits that cause inflammation and excess fat.
I believe most people get overwhelmed when it comes to trying to lose weight or working with a diet. I just keep things very simple and straightforward, while sidestepping the major culprits of inflammation.
Complexity is the enemy of execution when it comes to diets and eating healthy.
Sessions are 75 minutes of consultation and they are $120 and can be done online or in person.

I can also get to the core of the issue, through the bodywork that I do for my clients.
I’ve been doing this bodywork for about seven years. It’s very unique it isn’t your standard massage. I try to move a lot of energy as well as work with the physical body. I really try and emphasize being present and listening to what the body has to say. I also perform reflexology on the hands and feet doing trigger-points and releasing tension on the feet and hands. It is most important of all it’s holding space for my clients, knowing it’s a safe and secret place to be able to heal.
